Loadhog is a Yorkshire born, multi-award winning, employee-owned, UK Manufacturer, dedicated to the design, manufacture, sale, and pooling of returnable packaging solutions across a diverse range of industries. We are committed to introducing new sustainable supply chain solutions that save companies valuable time, money, and labour.

To ensure we are constantly innovating we have a key performance requirement that states, a minimum of 25% of our turnover must come from products less than four years old. This instils a drive within all employees to invent, challenge, and implement the latest innovations within packaging solutions.

We ensure that throughout the business we monitor the impacts our day-to-day operations have on the planet. We have a swap out scheme that promotes a circular economy for plastic material, our products reduce waste to landfill by replacing one trip packaging such as plastic stretch wrap and cardboard, and our more modular packaging systems can also increase vehicle fill which reduces the number of vehicle movements for our customer’s, improving their carbon footprint.

We follow the GLIDE ownership model

GLIDE is an employee ownership model, formed in 2011, that represents all the shareholder members who work in its partner companies. GLIDE is an acronym of: Growth Led Innovation Driven Employee. This definition embodies the main attributes of the people who work in our companies.

GLIDE was established as a means for the founder, Hugh Facey and the co-founders to pass on their legacy to subsequent generations of employees, to protect our culture and ensure our values remain deep-rooted across the whole company, both now and in the future.
