Loadhog Welcomes Made in Yorkshire Members for Exclusive Factory Tour

28th April 2026

We’re pleased to welcome members of Made in Group with an exclusive factory tour following our joining of Made in Yorkshire.

After announcing our membership with Made in Yorkshire in 2025 – a significant step in strengthening collaboration across the UK manufacturing sector – we’re excited to host fellow members at our Sheffield headquarters for a behind-the-scenes factory tour.

The event will take place on Thursday, 14th May (9:00am – 12:00pm) at our headquarters, The Hog Works in Sheffield. It’s a great opportunity for attendees to get an inside look at what we do and how we operate at the forefront of returnable packaging and intralogistics innovation.

At Loadhog, we design and manufacture reusable packaging solutions that reduce reliance on single-use materials, improve supply chain efficiency, and deliver measurable environmental benefits. Our product range – including the Pallet Lid, Attached Lid Totes, and Transport Dollies – supports global supply chains in reducing waste and cutting carbon emissions.

During the tour, we’ll provide a structured and interactive experience that showcases how we combine product innovation with operational excellence. Visitors will also gain insight into our employee-owned model within the GLIDE Group, alongside Gripple and Go Tools, and see how this ownership culture influences our decision-making, innovation, and long-term growth.

Our agenda includes leadership presentations covering business strategy and international expansion, product demonstrations, customer success stories, and a guided tour of our manufacturing facility. Guests will see live production processes, recent machinery investments, and how we support both UK and global demand.

As part of the Made in Yorkshire network – within the wider Made in Group of over 600 manufacturers – we’re committed to fostering collaboration, sharing best practice, and driving industry growth. Joining the group reflects our ambition to play an active role in shaping the future of UK manufacturing.

By opening our doors to fellow members, we’re creating valuable opportunities for meaningful engagement, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across the sector.
