As grocery retailers face growing pressure to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency across fulfilment operations, we partnered with Exotec to modernise Auchan Luxembourg's Dudelange distribution centre through advanced warehouse automation.
At the core of the solution were 15,400 Autotote 6545 Totes – manufactured from 100% recycled material, equipped with 15,400 medium dividers, seamlessly integrated into Exotec's automated warehouse system. The dividers allow totes to be split into compartments, maximising SKU density while maintaining structural rigidity to protect goods during robotic handling.
