Roll cages were replaced by the Loadhog Pally Container, ALC & Lid system. This created a fully reusable, modular, and secure pick-to-ward system.

The ALCs are security sealed with numbered seals. The equipment is delivered to a specific person and scanned to say they've been received by that person.

The facilities and Supplies Departments have become one Supplies Department, which will make the deliveries directly from the consolidation warehouse to the ward.

Process has become paperless with RFID trackers and scanners; implementation is being led by the new Scan for Safety team.
