What is the role? 

Loadhog are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a creative mind, artistic flare, and an eye for detail. This is an exciting opportunity for a keen designer looking to grow into a developing marketing team in a rapidly growing business. 

Reporting directly to the Senior Graphic Designer and working with the international marketing team you will be responsible for generating graphics for the key marketing channels including print, website, email, social media and PR. You will also be in charge of producing various internal and technical graphical work including; specification documents, artwork for sales and 3D conceptual visuals. You will take charge of Loadhog’s product customisation tool and database, working with the operations team to protect the quality and brand image of customised returnable packaging.

It will be your duty to communicate our messages at a consistently high level. 

Responsibilities

  • Managing Customworks, Loadhog’s product customisation tool and database
  • Design for various marketing channels including; print, website, email, social media and PR
  • Design of various internal and technical graphical work
  • Facilitating the effective launch of new products through design
  • Management of internal graphic design & communication feeds
  • Website content updates and maintenance using CMS system
  • Content capture, including photography and videography

Who you are?

The ideal candidate should be a Graphic Design Graduate or have at least a years’ experience either working within an in-house marketing team or within a creative agency. The applicant should also be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, have excellent time management skills and to be selected for interview you must demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Fluent in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Photography & videography skills and knowledge would also be beneficial
  • A working knowledge of WordPress
  • Have a proven track record for delivering projects from concept to completion
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrate outstanding creative talent
  • Great communication skills to coordinate inputs from throughout the business
  • An ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and manage conflicting workloads

The right creative mind will also assist the marketing team in developing new marketing campaigns and coming up with new innovative ways to increase leads for the business.
