With over 20 years in the packaging industry, including valuable experience in Europe, Sue brings a strong foundation in practical, people-centered solutions. She is passionate about driving sustainability across supply chains and packaging to help create a more responsible, innovative, and future-focused industry.
Ellie Bermingham
Together with her colleagues worldwide, Ellie specialises in intralogistics projects, making sure Loadhog’s product range is compatible with the systems of industry leaders. Whether totes or trays, AMRs or grid storage, or even helping customers automate targeted areas of their warehouse, she enjoys liaising with designers, project managers and commercial teams to make projects a success.
Mitch Rowley
Leading UK and international sales across the Returnable Transit Packaging division, Mitch brings extensive industry experience and a broad commercial network. He is responsible for shaping and delivering the commercial strategy for one of Loadhog’s most innovative and high-growth product categories.
Damien Montagne
Originally from France, Damien Montagne leads the UK and Export division of Loadhog’s international sales team, bringing 15 years of experience in sustainable packaging solutions. As part of our employee-owned business, he builds lasting customer partnerships. Outside of work, Damien enjoys mountain biking and running with energy and drive.
