The market leading service and quality is delivered by a driven and dedicated employee-owned workforce, that goes the extra mile for customers and the community. All our products are manufactured at our HQ in Sheffield, with a dedicated team of on-site engineers to keep machines running 24/7.

The service is exhibited through a range of departments, especially our Ideas & Innovation department. Innovation is part of the Loadhog DNA, with 25% of our turnover must come from products less than four years old. This ensures our customers can rely on us to have the most innovative designs on the market and readily available. The team is dedicated to constantly looking to solve problems within supply chains within a variety of industries. Loadhog boasts rapid prototype 3D printing capabilities with the ability to produce full sized test products and the ability to simulate new product performance using FEA (Fine Element Analysis). This results in a non-destructive testing cycle and less waste.

The service doesn’t just stop after your purchase. We offer the opportunity to swap any old, damaged or unwanted Totes in part exchange. This enables us to manufacture a newly improved packaging design, made from recycled material. Secondly, Loadhog also ensures product servicing aftercare with 12-month warranty for production faults. All our products are manufactured so that single replacement parts can be purchased without having to replace the whole product. Our quality control team is internal ensuring that any issues are rectified quickly and efficiently.
