Solutions that move retail forward
Faster store deliveries and quicker shelf replenishment with the Rolling Container System
11th March 2026
On-shelf availability drives sales. Every minute saved between goods-in and shelf-ready increases efficiency and reduces lost revenue.
Designed for speed
Retail store teams are under constant time pressure. The easy-access brake functionality on our Dolly Max 86 allows staff to secure and move loads quickly, accessing goods without cutting stretch wrap or dismantling unstable pallets.
For retail teams, this means faster unloading at goods-in, reduced dwell times for vehicles, and significantly less manual effort in-store. As a result, staff can spend more time on customer service and merchandising, and less time on handling and reworking loads.
Remove double handling and reduce labour time in store operations
Traditional deliveries often require unpacking, separating, and re-staging products before they can be merchandised. This process is time-consuming, labour-intensive, and increases the risk of damage as items are repeatedly handled. By utilising the Pally 86 within the Rolling Container System to deliver goods in ready-to-move, stable formats, retailers can eliminate many of these unnecessary touchpoints.
With products arriving in a format that can go straight to the shop floor or storage area, staff spend less time breaking down pallets, sorting items, and reloading shelves. Less handling means reduced labour hours, faster aisle replenishment, and a lower risk of product damage, which in turn leads to better on-shelf availability, a cleaner store environment, and an improved shopping experience for customers.
Get stock to shelf faster
Faster replenishment improves on-shelf availability, promotional compliance, and customer satisfaction.
When goods move seamlessly from vehicle to shop floor, replenishment cycles accelerate, ensuring that shelves are restocked quickly and consistently. This is especially critical in grocery and other high-turnover categories, where even short stockouts can lead to lost sales, customer frustration, and damaged brand perception.
By tightening the link between inbound deliveries and store operations, retailers can keep core lines and promotional items available at the right time, in the right quantity, and in the right location. This not only reduces the need for emergency replenishment but also minimises handling time for staff, and helps maintain a more reliable, satisfying shopping experience for customers.
Built for retail automation
Compatible with forklifts and Low-Level Order Pickers (LLOPs), these solutions integrate seamlessly with automated and semi-automated retail distribution centres. They support efficient pallet handling, order consolidation, and rapid replenishment, helping to reduce manual labour and improve overall throughput. As retailers continue investing in automation and advanced warehouse technologies, packaging and load systems must evolve alongside them, offering greater durability, smarter design, and enhanced compatibility with a wide range of handling equipment and conveyor systems.
Faster consolidation without stretch wrap
Our reusable pallet lid range significantly reduces consolidation time compared to manual stretch wrapping. On average, it takes 20 seconds to secure a 2 strap lid vs 2-3 minutes for a stretch wrap machine. They are faster to apply, safer and easier to remove, and provide more consistent load stability and presentation across all store deliveries. This not only improves operational efficiency but also reduces the risk of damage and workplace injuries associated with traditional wrapping methods.
