Loadhog was founded on a mission to solve real-world logistics problems, starting with one customer’s challenge when transporting photocopiers on pallets. During a product management meeting, the issue was raised, sparking a journey of innovation and problem-solving.

With support from our sister company, Gripple, and a commitment to engineering excellence, the Loadhog team began exploring new ways to improve pallet security. After extensive testing and design development, we introduced a game-changing solution: a plastic injection moulded lid with two or four spring-loaded retractable straps. This revolutionary design redefined how palletised goods could be secured – more safely, sustainably, and efficiently than ever before.

That breakthrough product, the Loadhog Pallet Lid, is now used globally across a wide range of industries. It’s recognised as one of the most effective and eco-conscious methods for securing palletised loads. Available in UK, EURO, HALF EURO, and US sizes, the Pallet Lid reflects our commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability.
