Roll cages were replaced by the Loadhog Pally Container, ALC & Lid system. This created a fully reusable, modular, and secure pick-to-ward system.

Increased Security

The ALCs are security sealed with numbered seals. The equipment is delivered to a specific person and scanned to say they’ve been receipted by that person.

Reduced Losses

Facilities and Supplies Departments has become one Supplies Department, which will make the deliveries direct from consolidation warehouse to ward.

RFID Tracking

Process has become paperless with RFID trackers and scanners; implementation being led by the new Scan for Safety team.
