Loadhog Wins Customer Service Team of the Year at the UK Packaging Awards 2026

We’re delighted to announce that Loadhog has been named Customer Service Team of the Year at the UK Packaging Awards 2026.

The award recognises the outstanding work of our UK Customer Service team, Alison Fisher, Claire Bodfield and Jessica Gatti, and their unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for our customers.

Presented at the UK Packaging Awards ceremony in London on 7 October, the award celebrates teams that go above and beyond to support customers, build strong relationships and deliver outstanding service across the packaging supply chain.

For Alison, Claire and Jessica, customer service is about much more than responding to enquiries. It’s about understanding what customers need, solving problems, keeping things moving and working collaboratively across Loadhog to deliver the right outcome.
