Rolcontainers werden vervangen door het Loadhog Pally Container, ALC & Lid systeem. Hierdoor ontstond een volledig herbruikbaar, modulair en veilig pick-to-ward systeem.

The ALCs are security sealed with numbered seals. The equipment is delivered to a specific person and scanned to say they've been received by that person.

The facilities and Supplies Departments have become one Supplies Department, which will make the deliveries directly from the consolidation warehouse to the ward.

Process has become paperless with RFID trackers and scanners; implementation is being led by the new Scan for Safety team.
